8 If the hirer fails to return any items hired by him at the agreed period or within seven days from the company making a written demand, payment of compensation equal to the retail value of the items which have not been returned will be requested.
9 At the discretion of the company, a charge of not less than 50% of the quoted hire charge may be made in respect of cancelled orders. If such a cancellation is made after delivery or collection has been made, the company reserve the right to invoice the full hire charge.
10 All prices are subject to VAT.
11 New customers will be required to pay on delivery or collection. Once credit is established orders will be supplied on a 30 day account.
12 the right is reserved to make an additional charge of 3% monthly on total amount overdue in respect of credit accounts.
13 If payement by overseas customers is made by cheque or through the banks there may be a charge to cover the bank comission/charges and exchange rate differentials.
