Terms of Hire page 11 Excellex Exhibitions Limited (herinafter called "the company") let exhibition equipment on hire only on the following terms and conditions, no variation or addition to these conditions is effective unless agreed, in writing by the proprietor.
2 The hirer undertakes to keep the hired equipment in good condition and return all of it to the company in such order and condition.
3 During the period of hire, the hirer is solely responsible for the hired equipment and must insure against all usual risks.
4 The period of hire ends only when all equipment comprised in the requisition has been actually accepted back by the company.
5 The transport is negotiable according to delivery address.
6 The company will make every endeavor to ensure delivery and/or collection of hired equipment at all times indicated by the hirer, but will not under any circumstances be liable for any delayed delivery and/or collection or for any expenses caused to the hirer by such delay.
7 It is the duty of the hirer to provide at such destination or site a duly authorised representative to accept equipment and to give a written receipt. If the hirer fails to provide this, he will not be permitted to dispute subsequently...
